Patrick Wightman, PhD, MPP, is a Health Economist specializing in program evaluation, health services research, population health, and population health data. He earned his degrees in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and was a MacArthur Foundation Network on Transition to Adulthood Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan. Prior to joining the UA, Dr. Wightman was a Sr. Economic Analyst with the Oregon Health Authority.
