Jason Purdy

Jason joined The University of Arizona in 2003 and dedicated his first 20 years to providing IT support for UACC (The University of Arizona Cancer Center).  Jason took on various responsibilities, from supporting the UACC infrastructure to providing desktop assistance, all while consistently delivering excellent customer service.  He was instrumental in the migration and decommissioning of the UACC infrastructure and helped standardize the support model. Jason's last position at the UACC was as the Systems Administrator Principal.

In 2023, Jason joined The University of Arizona College Of Medicine IT-S Department as a Principal Information Technology Support Analyst. In this role, he made significant contributions, including helping to lead the effort to migrate COM-IT computers to the UA Bluecat domain during the UITS-BlueCat migration project. Jason was also an amazing mentor to many newer team members and played a key role in the success of the Client Services team. Jason was always ready to lend a hand, and his positive attitude and ability to make work enjoyable were greatly appreciated at COM-IT-S

Jason joined CB2 at the beginning of 2025, and we are excited to have him as part of the CB2 team.
